I can't get slots to work

I followed the instructions from the wiki page and can not get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

So you imported the commands from the "Download JSON" link?
Then setup the folders/files as instructed?

yes. it won't do the custom emotes.

Note: This version allows more then 6 emotes and custom list if you provide a token inside a token.txt in the custom logs folder you can get this token via http://ninetales.us and going to your profile!
