Recently, our server has been slowing down quite a bit. This is due to a problem at the back end which is being investigated. You may have felt this yourselves when you found that log in times were drastically increased and, in some cases, failed to even log in at all. During this time, however, it appears that beta licences and VIP that was purchased were not properly going through. This resulted in some of you not getting these payments applied correctly to your accounts.
This was due to the correct information not being transferred. In the majority of cases it is recorded on our system but the username is blank.
As such, we have created a google form which you can submit your information to. This will help speed up the entire process of getting the correct amount of time (and, in the beta licence case, an actual account) done. The link to the form is below;

- Screenshot of your paypal e-mail (Please blank out any information that can be identified to your location like your address for example)

If you require software to capture your screenshots easily I recommend programs like ShareX (

https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html but remember you can always use Print Screen and Paint. To save a screenshot straight off use Windows Key + Print Screen
