Checked your sub notifications (whether it be gamewisp notification options or sub notification options) to see what the VIP time is set to?
If you give VIP for donations, did the user maybe donate and got VIP time added?
Check to see if you have a command for users to use to get VIP?
If their 30 days of VIP came up, try giving it a day or two.
