deebot acting up

So in the past couple of weeks deepbot no longer correct shows who is following my stream and who is actually currently in my stream is anyone else having similar problems
for ex. right now on my stream it says 12 viewers and 20 chatters, but when i check the twitch chat there is clearly only 12 viewers any help with both issues?

Chatters are not the same as viewers. You can have people in chat, but not watching the stream video.
