I want to make an Command, which can activate just an specific user   is that possible ?

If there is an way , to activate an command without write it in the chat (whisper the bot an Prase or so) it will be also very cool

If you know an way, please help

Check the box marked whisper for the command and it can be done. You will also need to enable whisper interaction (bot) in the master settings.
