Only showing first response to a command with multiple

I've been wrecking my mind trying to figure this out, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something or not. I'm trying to setup commands for a table top game where viewers can hit !(Character's Name) and get a random quote that they've said during the game. But when I test the command it only seems to show the first response. I've tested quite a few times (About 10-15) and the one I'm testing has at least nine diffrent responses. below is what have in the command editor.


Am I just missing something, or is the RNG on the diffrent responses really low?

This is A VIP feature. That would explain why the multiple responses don't work.
