State of External Chat checkbox is not saved

Like the subject says, the state of the checkbox for External Chat is not saved between sessions.

This is an intentional design choice. Due to the increase CPU load the external chat can produce experts decided to not make it persistent between sessions. Although I do agree it would be nice to, maybe with a warning attached to it in the options config.

As for the moment though, you will need to remember to turn it back on every session.
