When my viewers are checking their points or candy in my stream it doesn't come up. Is there a way to fix it? I have tried to fix the folders. And nothing is working. I have tired to find how to re-install I have changed the port. Nothing is working.

Either your bot account is not verified, so it cant post in twitch chat, or you have the "Points check in bot chat" setting enabled.
Try to verify the bot account email and ensure that setting is disabled from the settings menu and try again
