Tip jar and user points trading

I have had a lot of success with deepbot.

My viewers had some suggestions which I thought were worth posting here.

1. Have a house tip jar that people can put back in

2. Points gifting that users can do. For example if someone is a little short on points, another user can gift them points.

They have specifically avoiding the gift feature because it promotes having multiple accounts to "farm" currency, which can then be transferred to one main account.

Having a gift command and having the ability to restrict or disable it wouldn't be that bad.

For example...I'd have no issues with a gift command if it was limited to subscribers...if they want to subscribe multiple accounts to farm points I would be fine with that.  The ability to gift would also be a nice perk to try to encourage people to subscribe

Gift command is in. You can find it in the Master Settings. You can restrict it as well.

I dont see any "Master Settings" area in the bot.

I dont see the command in the command list either.

Can you point me to it please?
