Sub goal target does for OBS is not created

I don't know if the file will only update if a subscription is detected but as of right now there are no sub target files created in obs.  Setting targets and then restart deepbot created the followertarget.txt but nothing for subs.

Will it only occur when a sub occurs?  If so could there be an ability force a recreation either during restart or with a clickable button so we can set things up without having to wait for a subscription to occur.

i would say the file will be made when a new sub is added. like the donation files only made when you get a new donation
