I have VIP status, but cant eddit sub/donation notification:

Your stream is not partnered with a Sub button, so the sub notification options will not be available.

As for donation notification, you need to provide additional info for the donation notification feature to be activated. Please see details here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=408
