Donated and didnt get vip?

hey i donated $15 for extended vip on the weekend and have not recieved additional vip status. i can submit my paypal confirmation if you like. thanks for help

Your Twitch ID on your payment was incorrect. Please only enter your username and not the full URL.
I have fixed this manually, so the VIP status should now be reflected correctly.
