Can the !top 14 command be changed to everyone?

This is not currently possible, but maybe Experts will add it.

i just realized i can just add a new command:
!addcom !t14 !top 14 (for nightbot)
!addcmd !t14 !top 14 (deepbot)

...as long as bot is a mod this will work.
