Auto Hosting isnt working under channel commands

Auto hosting on my client jax123_bot is grey.  I cant use this and I was able to up until I recently moved cause I retired from the Army and traveled to where I am living now. When I got my setup all started up again, this option is no longer working, please help. I run this for my viewers when I am offline and really enjoy it for myself too. Thanks

I subscribe and this option was available to me, I moved and now that I moved and am up and running and online again. I downloaded the new update and it is now blanked out. I was wondering if there is a reason for that? I donated a game code and it got me my subscription and later donated another in the middle of the month so I should be good..

I sent another gift and no answer as of yet still as a donation I guess thats the problem. I sent it by email to the donation location.
