Notifications.. wrong one?

I just purchased Deep Bot yesterday and got the email this morning to download it. When I set it up, I noticed that it has the Sub Notification options on but it has follower/donations grayed out and it says VIP Exclusive Feature. How do I get that changed? I'm not joined with Twitch yet so I can't get subscribers... Shouldn't I have the follower one????  Please help..

The VIP is applied with an automated system.  Because in your payment fee to deepbot you put you twitch ID as being Fyr3 Rayn3 not Fyr3Rayn3, the automated system could not apply it to you.  You must wait for experts to fix this, and if you have subscribed to a payment with this, you should cancel it and make a new one with the correct info.

OH.... ooops... that would explain it! Thank you! So do I go and submit a ticket then?

You will just have to wait for Expertsonline to manually add you into the system.

Payment details updated to the correct stream name. Please restart DeepBot for VIP to take effect.
