1.) on the user database tab allow a send points to all vip members options instead to all members in chat.
2.) allow change in vip name titles
3.) i seen the ranks.txt file is it able to be edit to change the amount of ranks and hours to get the rank status
4.) add a time amount option in raffles so users would have to be a certain amount to enter, and a must be a follower checvk and the deepbot will announce the requirements
