The same Users keep winning Keyword Raffles.

This has become a very troubling trend for my channel. I run a lot of giveaways, and in the course of the last month, I have notice the same people keep winning over and over again.

In once case, running 4 giveaways in a row (restarting and clearing them each time), with 25 people entering the giveaway, the same user won every single one of them. Another case is one of my Mods seems to win a giveaway every other day, so much so that the channel is now starting to think the giveaways are rigged and its starting to hurt my credibility.

Im at a loss as to what could be going on here, but after a month using deep bot, the same names keep popping up, at this point its rare to see anyone else win a game, it seems to bounce around the same 7 or so users.

Don't quote me on this (And I'll experts for a clear answer when I speak to him) but this is probably an unfortunate side effect of a random number generator that is most likely in play for Deepbot.  Even a seeded one can have this effect.

Ideally, with a RNG, you want to have a different number each time and this is most likely happening. Examples of how this should ideally work can be found on www.random.org but even this is not perfect. Click it about 20 times with the range of 25 and you'll probably see that the same number may pop up twice or more. If all the users that entered did so in the same order that they did the first time, 9 times out of 10 it'd reveal a different name out of the hat. It's safe to say that the user that keeps winning basically picks the right time to enter each time. This is if it's based on when the user entered of course

If the names are sorted alphabetically and/or the users do actually enter in the same order each time (And, again, I'll ask Experts when he's around how the raffle system properly works) then I can sympathise with your frustration but as far as a solution it'd probably be hard pressed to actually find one apart from saying it's the luck of the draw, sorry.

As Dante mentioned, it is random and down to luck. The users entry order will be different each time as well, so even if it picked the same number by chance, it may point to a different system.
There is no way to rig the giveaways and the randomizer has no inputs based on user names.

Given your sample pool is not large (20-25), one out of the 6-7 regulars getting picked actually has a 30-40% chance.

You can point out to your viewers that this system is now being used across 350 different twitch streams of varying sizes, so it should add a little weight to its credibility.

Yes a lot of people are using the deepbot in their channel including me. There is a user who tends to win all of our raffles. Me and 4 other streamers play the same game and use deepbot for our channels and that person who always wins in my channel also wins in the other ones as well, hes won more then 30 times by now. in all the different channels. while some people never win at all. one of my viewers cant win a single bankheist. while another always makes it out with winnings. no matter how we try it the looser always looses again and the winner stays the winner in all the bankheist and raffles. I dont want to be rude or complain but its impossible to believe that there is only luck involved in this, considering that some guys here have a 90% loss ratio and another single person has a 90%win ratio in all the other channels as well :S
