New Chatter Notification
« on: December 25, 2014, 07:33:13 AM »
I tried out DeepBot for the first time last night and must say, I'm impressed. I was quickly able to transfer most of my features from Moobot and Nightbot to Deepbot with ease and some of them even worked better in Deepbot (like Repeating text). But, the one feature that Moobot has that's lacking (FWICT, that is) is a notification for when a new chatter comes on stream. What this entails, at least in my case, is an audio cue and some text that shows up on screen. It's part of why I am able to keep new viewers because they like the fact that I acknowledge their presence in a timely fashion.

I feel like this feature is very useful, especially for smaller streams, because it allows the streamer the ability to be able to keep track of his chat more easier and be able to greet new people. I feel like it's a courtesy thing and can go a long way.
