Bankheist missing lines

Currently I have bankheist set to display custom lines. However, currently the next level entry mesesages are not displaying. The Start message is also not displaying. After someone enters, it will display the entry message and the instructions. The next line will be after the cooldown- and only the result message will play.

Update: Having more people in stream seemed to make the start game fire off more- however when achieving enough people for the next level- they bot is not displaying the custom message.

I'm having the same Issue, Bankheist level up messages are not Displaying when they should be triggered
