Deepbot Chat and Raffles not working correctly

Frist issues is that sometimes when one of my viewers in chat just has not typed alot or is just lurking which i allow in my chat and anything in the bot that has to do with lurking is set to benifit them. they will drop out of the bot chat but still be in the channel chat. untill they speak in chat it shows them as not in the chat at all.

Second issue there has been periods when they raffles and betting has not worked no matter how many times i reset the bot. The now this has only happened twice in two weeks so i am not sure what the issue is or if it is becuase the DDOSing that has happen resently

I believe the bot only recognizes recent chatters, but possibly it could be bug. They could have refreshed the page or maybe moved on then come back. I believe Twitch's chatters box is a bit laggy and slow. And people appear faster if they say something in chat.

And for your second issue, which raffle type are you using? And the raffle doesn't start or viewers can't enter? A little bit more detail would be helpful.
