I've added some commands to the bot most of them seem to work but for example !vip wont ever display and same with !commands are these words not allowed for commands or is there some other issue i have?

Well I mean like what would !commands do for you? Or what do you want it to do?

its just text information like all the others it just doesnt seem to be logged by the bot so it never sends the response

!vip is already used by the bot as for commands.

As for commands, it works for me:
