Variated responses to ! commands

I saw a stream recently that would respond with a handful of responses to a single command.

Example: someone types: !hug, bot responds: user gives hug OR user rejects the hug and runs.

How is this done?

Put a new line in the command. Example: Custom command:!hug Message: User gives hug (Then hit enter to start a new line.) User Rejects the hug and runs.
