Donation alert not working

Hey,

I got my donation page to work finally but now the alert isn't working. I went through the settings and got it set up but none of the donations I received have come through. Did I do something wrong in my settings?

Tried to reply to this earlier but turns out my internet decided to go kaputt. 4 hours later and here I am again.

Have the tips you have received showed up on the "Notifications" tab?

xD happens to the best of us.

Yes they are in my notifications tab. I just cant tell if I set something up wrong in the donation notification area. I got the email for them from paypal, just not my popup.

Open up the Donation Notification Settings and make sure yours looks similar to this

The key parts to make sure are ticked at "Enable On Screen Notifications" and "OBS CLR Browser". Make sure in OBS (Which I assume you're using) you have a CLR Browser layer pointing to http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotification.htm. You can confirm this is all working by pressing the preview button located at the bottom of the settings.

Alright I had those settings except the obs CLR browser option. I turned it on in hopes that it'll come through now but Im not sure. Even before the preview button was working. It was showing it working perfectly. Just when a real donation came through it wouldnt work.

Keep us informed as to how it goes. With the CLR Browser option ticked it should work perfectly now but do let us know if it doesn't. Obviously won't know for real until a real tip comes through.
