Moderators skipping songs.

Is there a way I'm not seeing to allow mobs to skip a song without the use of vote or tokens?

Added mod commands to navigate the song playlist (!playnextsong , !playprevsong).

The command does not seem to be working for the channel I am in, with mod level 2. And can you update this page: http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/Bot+Commands&structure=Index&page_ref_id=6 with the playnextsong command?
