Transfering data bace from Modbot to Deepbot

I have been using ModBot for a few months now and I have ALOT of points accumulated over time on ALOT of players. If I were to download Deepbot is there an easy way to transfer this data?

We do support transfers from modbot. When applying do state you would like a conversion from modbot. If your application is accepted, we will contact you to get your database and process the conversion into a DeepBot database file.

If I were participate in "option 2" and donate to your program, would my application still need to be accepted? or am I guaranteed a download?
