Song request for Xsplit and or OBS
« on: March 19, 2015, 12:14:03 PM »
I use Xsplit and OBS for 2 different systems to stream on, Have problems with OBS and my xbox, but that is besides the point. Nightbot has a feature where when using the music feature it makes a file with the person who requested the song and the song name then we can put that in the Xsplit or OBS, I was wondering if this could be implemented? Thank you :)

Also sorry just thinking about it are you planning on implementing it soon where we can add features like CAPS protection, Curse word blocker, Link protection and things like that?

1. This is already in DeepBot. You can find it in DeepBot Directory > obs > YoutubeCurrentSong.txt and YoutubeCurrentSongRequestedBy.txt

2. Moderation features are currently not available on DeepBot.  This is something that is better suited to a server hosted solution like nightbot, moobot, ackbot, or xanbot. The reason is that moderation functions require the bots to scan every word of every chat message, which can get processor intensive as your stream grows. Given DeepBot runs on the users machines, this would begin to hinder gameplays

Okay thanks man means a lot :), I use nightbot currently but its kind of a pain to use because it always leaves the chat and the last I checked moobot requires all these points and payments now...
