I started auto donations of 5 dollars every month last month and somehow managed to lose my vip status today, Would appreciate it getting fixed as I saw the donation go out through paypal recently and know that that payment has been made!

My twitch is Jade17777 if you need that info!

Ah you are right kind sir, all my custom ranking is gone and I thought it was because of the vip going away, I updated recently, do I need to do something to get my custom ranking back or is it lost?
