*ERROR* User rank and points command

Hello, i've noticed this issue when one of my followers tried to check their "points".
The command does not work for some reason and this is the error i end up getting everytime i try to fix it.

I have tried changing the rank numerous times today and i still get the same thing. it just ends up resetting.

Go to Config>Gear (Upper Right Corner)>Ranks Tab>Load Defaults
