Notifications tab does not show the past 2000 followers

I noticed that the notifications tab does not show but 30 or so of my past followers, it used to show 2000. Is this normal? and if I hold a raffle, will the follower not on the list still have the points they have accumulated?

It is showing your recent followers, it will not display all of them. Yes, they will always have points accumulated. You can check the user database to see if someone is following and how many points they have.
