Two bugs, both of them critical

1. points, when the stream is offline was enabled to default 0, while I have it for like 2 months disable, ie. on "0". It must have gotten resetted to default, same as Music request points cost some time back. It pretty much "fu..ed" all statistics, so please all check, if this is not the case for you.

2. Today I started to use keyword raffle for the first time and got it done by moderator. One VIP Gold, funny troll, tried to do the same.. Funny point is that he managed to do that Could you please review, that only a mod (level 2?) can open the raffles, keyword specifically.

Sure, thanks for the reply. Please tell me exactly what files do you need ? 
I am sure just about the chat log, not about the DB part.. also, just tested it, when I switch offline points to 0 per xyz minutes, it gets resetted to 1 after I start the bot again. Also thanks for the explanation of the mod level 1, I was just curious about that.
