Visual Hosting Alert

Hello,

It would be nice to have a visual Hosting Alert. But it is importend to set flexible min. viewer requirement to start Hosting Alert.

Example:
Alert only occur if a Hosting with more than 29 viewers is coming. This measure prevent trolling.
