It seems you are either using a custom text to speech voice or something along those lines.

I recommend trying to update deepbot by running the update.exe in your deepbot folder as admin.

Then if it still crashs I recommend going to your backup folder in your deepbot folder, find usersconfig.bin (The numbers represent dates, and find one where you know the bot was working, then remove the numbers and copy/paste it to your data folder and overwrite the broken usersconfig.bin
