I have been searching Deep Bot and also the forums and asked in the Streamer chat but with no luck.

Is there a way in the points system that the Viewer can gain VIP Bronze, Silver, or Gold automatically just by the amount of Points he has collected?

By the amount, no. But you can have them buy VIP with points.
