Random response command doest working!

I make a "karma" command to send a random number response for viewers with command !karma but, he send same mensage, the first line, every time!

same problem with other commands...Its a vip freature?

Ow sure... But i live in Brazil and... $5 its +/- R$15 actualy dollar valor...
