I cannot access the deepbot website to change the bot name

As the title suggests, whatever I try to connect to http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#MyAccount does NOT work.
I tried pretty much everything from a different browser to .. actually whatever anyone could think of. I even asked a good friend of mine, who can access the website with his account fine to log into mine and just change my botname but even that did not work, so maybe there is an issue with my account?

Anyway, I just need the botname changed up desperately and I do not know what to do.

Use Google Chrome's Incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n). You can also try clearing your browser data, if that doesn't work.
