DeepBot Crashing on startup

Get the error, cant connect, disable any virus protection.  I do so, and then deepbot crashes, here is the most recent log.

Should be, Ill double check, haven't changed any settings and been using it for a solid 6 months on this pc.

Weird, another pc restart and it's working again, i'll keep that in mind though just incase, thank you.
