ya trying to change my bot name to drugxmod. i try'd http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#Home and it doesn't work, the screen goes white and only says http://deepbot.tv/oauth/#access_token=rcf8y6ogmjuc8hdu5i4r0n17wffmz8&scope=user_read     would appreciate some fucking help with this shit since i am subscribed to it. two months with no help is ridiculous... change my bot name to drugxmod       the password is ---------

plz change this asap as two months of a subscription without getting no help nor the ability to use the software is stupid. not impressed at all.

Are you using an incognito tab in Google Chrome?  Many people have trouble with it until they use that and it works.  It also says to try that in the guide posted on the forums.

As someone who works at an online help desk, I can tell you that even if you didn't get the help you wanted, swearing and being aggressive gets you put further down on the queue. You catch more flies with honey.
