Custom bankheist names and etc

How do I customize this aspect of the bot?  Somebody told me that I have to pay $5 a month, but I do not see a thread giving me all the information.  Somebody please help.  Thanks in advance.

You just need VIP for customizing it, which you already do.

But you go here, and hit the gear at the end of the bankheist mini-game:
