Convert existing subs to VIP Gold?

Asking on behalf of another streamer.  It's set up to add new subs to VIP Gold, so that's taken care of.  However, existing subs that aren't VIP Gold need to get moved to that.  There are over 600 existing subs and so one-by-one isn't a really great solution.

You can do it via the sub manager in the User Database tab.  Just "From Class" to Regular Viewer, the "To Class" to VIP Gold, and set "VIP Expiry" to "Sync with Twitch", and press done.

Strangely enough, that button isn't working for her, it's greyed out.  Sub Notifications on Config works just fine, just Sub Notifications is greyed out.

Edit:  Also the "Twitch Subs" filter is greyed out.
