Timed messages not working

It's been like this since well as deepbot would say "the beginning of time". It says that the messages are being sent but its not showing up in the chat......here is what i mean:

This has been happening all day for me with all kinds of messages.  Twitch chat has been eating lots messages for some reason.  If the bot shows the message sent but it does not appear in chat, there is generally not much we can do.  It's mainly on twitch.

exactly.. Twitch sucks big time, it's overloaded with.. well, us :) I don't any solution other than leaving to other services.. or endure. Just pay attention, what was supposed to be told by bot is up to you, for viewers, there's an easy directive :)) What's not up on stream chat overlay, did not "happen".. ie. spam along till it's on stream, then bot saw it too ( am I correct here ?).
