Noooooooooo Points Reset!!! PLEASE HELP

So i had highlighted a single user and was Editing user, and saw a Reset Points option as this user has not been getting any loyalty points.

Clicking Reset points however RESETS POINTS FOR ALL USERS!!

how do i fix this ???

Is the backups folder it is users.bin , the numbers at the end represents dates. So find the latest one.

Folder 0 : 30 mins old backups
Folder 1 : 6 hr old backups
Folder 2 : 24 hr old backups
