Can't get deepbot anymore?

I have donated and sent in application, of course I got it and used it and it worked great.but it got deleted when I thought I'd quit streaming.then I started again and it doesn't let me open it up.i installed deepbot, right when I open the launcher it doesn't launch it gets stuck loading. Please help, thanks

Is it crashing?  If so, can you please post your errorlog here?

It told me to go to a file to find the crash error but I'm not sure how to find it..

C:\DeepBot - Twitch Streamer Assistant\logs
Should be something like this errorlog (numbers).txt
The numbers are the date look for the one that is the right date.

Your DeepBot is too far out of date, try running the update.exe as admin.
If that does not work you'll need to reinstall.
All DeepBot user data is saved in the below files:
users.bin
usersconfig.bin
chanmsgconfig.bin
DeepBot.s3

Simply backup these files from your computer and paste them after re-installing DeepBot.

i have ran update.exe as admin, then it didnt work, so i went to control panel, security, then system to restore under system protection. did i do that right? i have tried un installing deepbot using the installer thing that u can repair files with too. then i re installed and it doesnt work

Did you download the latest installer from the link that was messaged to you, and after backing up the files above, install that?
