donation notification not working

i'm guessing since i updated it about a week ago it is not sending the donation notification to chat. spent about 2 hours last night trying to figure it out in the deepbot streamer chat and couldn't figure it out. any help would be gratly appreciated since i'm paying the extra 5$ a month for this service.

Make sure you are running the bot as admin.
Make sure you are using the correct link depending if you are using the default image or a custom one.

If using the default image: http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotification2.htm (Dimensions are: 800 x 370)
If using custom CSS: http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotification2.htm

Make sure you don't have this checked in OBS CLR Browser Properties on the General Tab:



If using OBS CSS, make sure you only use ' not ". OBS likes single quotes, not double.


On Deepbot, make sure under you donation notification settings, you have OBS CLR Browser checked:
