Can't Configure BankHeist Minigame Settings

My customized prompts for the bankheist minigame are not showing up in my stream and I can't change any of the settings, although the minigame still runs with the last configuration I saved. Attached is a picture of what the bankheist configuration page looks like for me when I open it.
