Points System

Dunno if anyone else is having the problem, new followers get 100 points for the follow and 30 points every 3 mins while the stream is live but some people are sat in the chat watching and the points are not being put on their profile

Go to Config Tab > Gear (Upper Right Corner) > Point Options

Do you have this checked? If yes, uncheck it.
