Custom join message for a viewer is spamming

Hello!  I added a few custom join messages for specific users here:



And it worked great when those users would join the channel.  But the bot kept repeating the greeting every couple minutes, for every user in the channel who had a custom join message saved.  Any thoughts as to why?  I do have a rotation of timed message commands that trigger every two minutes, could it be a bug related to that?

This is a problem with Twitch.  There is nothing we can do but wait for them to resolve the issue.
