Song Request Video Player is black

Hello. My song request video player will remain completely black, even though songs are added to the queue. My client is up to date and I actually had to reinstall deepbot after I got a new computer. Any ideas?

Adobe has many variants that work on different browsers. Try installing this and see if it helps : http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome
