Try the following:

- Close deepbot. Go to twitch.tv on your streaming account > settings/options > connections > Remove Test.deepbot.tv and deepbot.tv. Then Open up deepbot and redo Oauth logins both streamer/bot
- Try switching servers/ports on the config tab near bot login.
- Make sure an anti-virus isn't blocking deepbot.
