Give Points to Active Chatters

I would like to suggest a command that moderators can use to pay channel currency to all users who have recently chatted in the channel. I have made a command in a mIRC bot that does this in my channel, and I have been getting viewers who use DeepBot in their channel that have been wanting the command. How it would work is something like typing "!payactive 100" in chat would give all users who have been chatting in the last X minutes 100 points each.

There is already a setting in deepbot. Config tab > Master Settings > Point Options.
