Depends on what features you are using, and some users have gotten high cpu usage, and it is hard to debug high cpu usage.
If not using chat moderation, try disabling it. That can cause high cpu usage, depending on how active your chat is.
If not using the built-in music player, try disabling the player by right clicking the blue icon next to the volume bar > Disable player:
